At this level it seems very direct thatteachers’ salaried based on students’ academic performance is plausibility. Butin deep discussion, we could find some disadvantages.
The primary disadvantage for the speaker’sposition is that in order to render students gain higher scores in examinationand make school gain higher graduation rate which is related to their salaries,teachers may ignore the essence of cultivating.
