两个事实： 1.S镇住宿的游客比H镇多 2. H镇最大的旅店住宿的旅客比S镇的RA旅馆多 结论S镇（RA旅馆+其他旅馆）游客人数>H镇（最大旅馆+其他旅馆）住宿人数总和
