With the laws come into being, some people claim that we should no doubt obey them, while others claim that we should disobey and resist unjust laws, which gives rise to a hot discussion whether we should be responsible to obey just laws and to disobey and resist unjust laws. As far as I am concerned, I concede that everything cannot be perfect including the established laws, which means that there exists some laws that are not admitted by some people; however, it does not simply indicate that we could disobey them and what we should do is to treat them in a correct way.
Admittedly, it is human nature that we are intrinsically deficient, leading to some wrongful thoughts such as to gain without pain, even some wicked ideas such as corruption, theft, murder and so forth, especially when one is agitated or furious. In this case, the laws come into being to confine human’s behaviors to a certain scope, in order to maintain the stabilization of the society, as well as the legitimate rights and the interests of the individuals. Therefore, every individual belonging to the society should no doubt obey to the laws.
However, even the laws are designed to guarantee the welfare of both the society and every individual, one cannot draw a hasty conclusion that all the laws are just due to the reasons listed as follow. To begin with, it is impossible for legislators to take every situation into consideration while enacting the laws, thus the unjust in unavoidable. Meanwhile, justness is a concept with relativity that different individuals may hold different opinions, even the opposite viewpoints, when considering the same law, owing to their distinct religion, status, etc. Take the muslim as example, who never eat pork and even canonize the pigs as the gods and therefore will certainly regard any laws that pertain to the sales of pork as unjust ones. Moreover, some special laws are designed for some special groups of people such as the old and the handicapped. It is somewhat “unjust” because the laws stipulate that the old and the handicapped could gain without pain. But, could anyone regard it as real unjustness concerning morality?
As a result, if any action of disobeying and resisting so-called unjust laws from his or her perspectives, the whole society would undoubtedly come into chaos, for the reason that everyone may consider some laws as unjust ones according to his or her criterion. For example, in some states in America, the local laws do not allow the residents to have holidays during the Labor’s Day, which leads to the residential strikes as well as the demonstrations held by the local public.
Thus, what deserves attention is the correct attitude toward the flaws of established laws. That is to say, we should not hastily disobey or resist any law that we consider as unjust, instead reflect them to the legislators through proper approaches. In this way, the legislators will recheck the laws where the incorrect would be corrected and the incomplete would be integrated, which is conducive to the improvement of the society and at the same time beneficial to the legal rights of the public.
Overall, it is reasonable that some laws are called “unjust”, but it is unjustifiable for any of us to disobey or resist them. What deserves attention is that how we treat them---obviously, we should treat them in a wholesome way, rather than disobey them. Otherwise, the whole society will surely come to chaos, even retroversion.

thus the unjust in unavoidable.？ 对于这个话题，我最新的思路是：1.有些基本的法律，比如保护每个人基本权利的法律，保护儿童老人等的法律，对绝大多数人是公平的，必须遵守。2.有些具体的法律，可能因为文化背景习俗、宗教信仰、经济发展程度的差异和不平等，造成了某种不平等，但这不能成为不遵守的理由，只能通过发展经济和教育宣传等等来让人们接受。3.一部法律，由于立法人本身的局限，或者随着时间的推移，会跟不上社会文明的发展，因而也会出现不平等，这些需要立法人即使修改法律，而不是靠不遵守和抵制。4.最后，任何法律，一旦出现不遵守的现象，就会变成一纸空文，失去效力，不利于社会秩序的维护和人的权益的保护。 仅供参考！作者: xiao超超1992 时间: 2012-5-9 08:18
