这是prep一个版本的解释，想问一下为什么E不对，两个几率都不高，说明Southern Airways 的几率是低的，所以就算Southern Airways 比Air Dacentaria高，也没有较大影响，因为总体而言出事概率很低，这样不可以削弱吗？请nn们指导，谢谢啦~

E选项，飞机出事的几率不高，不代表不会出事，典型的一个trap answer ...percentage is not a precise indicator of number.

B选项：Southern Airways has a far worse safety record than Air Dacentaria over the past few years, in terms of both the frequency of accidents and the severity of accidents....直接攻击作者argument的premise的，证明那个severity和frequency对他这趟的飞行没有一点作用，premises都没了，他的argument还有用么？

再补充一下，作者的premises上面说了，frequency 和severity比较高所以他才选择坐另外一个，E选项已经强调了frequence是高的，显然加强了premises从而加强了结论...文章没有提及proportion其实严格来说是可以算作无关选项的
