就是with结构到底是修饰the shuttle and earlier spacecraft还是修饰a permanently orbiting space station ，如果用了with结构就会有这个问题，并且前面是unlike介词结构，修饰后面的a permanently orbiting space station的可能性比较大，和句子原来要表达的意思不符。
