我是这样理解D选项的：
Researchers in Germany have unearthed 400,000-year-old wooden spears from what appears to be an ancient lakeshore hunting ground, stunning evidence that human ancestors....

蓝色部分what appears...是一个名词从句作为spears被发现的地方，而红色部分stunning evidence...是修饰spears的
然后问题来了，红色部分的修饰语和被修饰对象spears隔了很这么远，并且中间还有一个名词lakeshore hunting ground，不会有歧义吗？可以这么用吗？

估计不会有人看到了，，，stunning evidence做同位语，stunning是形容词，=surprising
