Hello everyone, I am the recruiter of Capgemini Consulting in China. To support our consistent growth in Greater China we are looking for experienced management consulting professionals with various industry backgrounds to join our Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Hong Kong office.

Desired Skills & Experience
Ideally, you will bring:
? Extensive business transformation and managment consulting experience.
? Deep expertise in key industries, such as financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, or logistics, public
? Solid functional knowledge and experience, including but not limited to IT strategy consulting, Business Strategy, HR, Finance, Supply Chain Management
? Exceptional problem-solving ability.
? Demonstrated leadership. You should be someone who frequently takes initiative and is eager to break new ground, create opportunities for others, and take personal risks—as seen through leadership roles—in work environment or in extracurricular activities
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
? Other intrinsic skills, such as strategic management perspective, knowledge of business and IT trends in Greater China, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an eagerness to travel and experience different cultures
