请教CDer们一个问题，就是当句首出现Based on 和According to的时候是否要求逻辑主语和句子主语保持一致呢？昨天看了下Prep2007中的第九题，解释中是要求一致的，但是今天做GWD发现有个正确选项并没有这个要求，很是不解，我把题目贴出来，请求大家帮帮忙啦！
