93.It is well known in the supermarket industry that how items are placed on shelves and the frequency of inventory turnovers can be crucial to prifits.
E.how frequently the inventory turns over can be
在所有答案中我知道选E
但如果有一个答案是:how freauently the inventory is turned over can be
难道这里不应该是被动语态吗?
请教NN
OG 说B,C的 is often错误是因为 does not agree with the plural compound subject
请问 are often的话 are对应的是什么复数名词呀?

This parallelism is preferable to the use of the noun phrase the frequency in A, B, and C. Furthermore, the frequency of inventory turnovers in A and B is less clear than how frequently the inventory turns over
为什么前面说preferable?后面又说is less clear?
不好意思,斑竹,糊涂了,看错了,请帮我把上面的删掉一下!

凡是用and连接, 表明两个独立事物的就应该用复数. 但有时and连接的两个是同一事物, 那就应该用单数.
山峰的总结里有, 你可以看一下.
另外, "熏"不同于"薰". 不是故意挑刺, 但好象目前为止还没人写对过, 不知为何.
抱歉,下次注意,同时也谢谢你。

"薰衣紫草"的"薰",不难
其实how..and how...就和A and B结构一样后面要接谓语动词复数形式。
名词和另一个名词接复数
句子和另一个句子也接复数!
关于D/E,再问问
(D) how frequently is the inventory turned over are often
(E) how frequently the inventory turns over can be
如果不考虑can和are的问题,我觉得前面的部分没什么区别啊,不知道D他老人家哪里错了!!
请NN帮忙看看!
楼上mm,og解释的很清楚啊,d的次序错了。是问句的形式。
choice D ungrammatically reverse the subject-verb order with is the inventorry.
哦,看到啦,谢谢
A and B can be crucial 是固定用法嗎? 如果其他的錯誤都沒有, are 可以使用嗎?
我的理解: can be curcial 有一點可能性的意思
are 單純敘述
我是覺得兩者只有意思上的不同, 但還是想確認一下是否本題只限定於用can be crucial 呢?
謝謝!

这句话的意思是说“这个平行要比ABC中的用名词短语the frequency好”
说到这个compound subject我就有疑问了。BC明明是that从句带两个分句:how... are..和the frequency...is..。这里抛开应该用how...和how..平行不谈,单从谓语动词的角度看,我认为第二个分句the frequency...的谓语动词完全应该随The frequency变动,即单数谓动is, 而不是复数are.
不知道og怎么就把BC扯上两个how...and how做主语,谓动应该用复数了?
另外在看正确答案E,也是how...are 和how ... can两个完整的疑问句并列,并非是两个以how 开头的疑问句共用一个复数谓动啊。
难道大家都晕了,还是我晕了?
" can" in E does represent both "how" sentences....
take a break you'll be fine!
here it is talking about the two things can be crucial, got it?
message me if you still have confusion

我想问问D:how the frequently is the inventory turned over are often
E:how frequently the inventory turns over can be
解释:choice D ungrammatically reverse the subject-verb order with is the inventorry.
11th的解释是:"is the inventory" is tnot parallel to" items are placed"
什么意思啊? 是说把is放后面就对了?how the frequently the inventory is turned over are often
????????????????

我觉得应该把E改成how frequently the inventory is turned over can be 因为and前面是被动,物品被施予在架子上,and后面从意思上也应该是被动,存货被周转?????可是为什么正确答案E用的是主动语态呢,十分不解????
谢谢

再把问题贴一下,一直没有得到答案,谢谢大家了。
一直没有答案呢,顶一下。
how frequently the inventory is turned over can be
这种说法本来就是错误的:一个clause 里面有两个谓语,is turned 和can be。How frenquently 本来就是在讲频率,为什么又要加上can be。要不把the inventory is turned over变成名词,但是结果就是变得更啰嗦,而且结构复杂。没有必要。
11th的解释是:"is the inventory" is tnot parallel to" items are placed"
你观察一下两部分的结构:一个是动词在前,一个是动词在后。当然不平行了....
can be这哪里是被动啊~~how and how can be怎么会是一个句子两个谓语呢?唉。。。
不过这里inventory truns over是可以用作主动的,存货周转,可以主动当被动理解,就像prove和sell,可以查longman

今天又看了一下这题,xiaowan说的对,我又错了,can be 不是被动,crucial是形容词,前面加个be动词,在动词can前面是两个并列的主语用that 引导that how items are placed on shelves 和 how frequently the inventory turns over
这里inventory truns over是可以用作主动的,存货周转,可以主动当被动理解,就像prove和sell,可以查longman
谢谢xiaowan。。。
可是:如果:改成:
没写完: d改成:how frequently the inventory is turned over是不是就对呢?
或者还是不对?
how items are placed
how frequently the inventory turns over
这两句形式是一样的吗?第二句多了一个副词修饰turns over 第一句好像没有呀。。。
请指教 谢谢
再补充一个D不对的原因:原句中又情态动词CAN,不能随便省略。所以。BCD可以直接排除了。

这个同意
原句中出现情态动词的话,不能随便省略!
