lower on tests of mental health than do people with normal or high immune-system activity. The researcher

concluded from this experiment that the immune system protects against mental illness as well as against

physical disease.

选D，我自己选了B。有点看不懂解释，谢谢。求这种假设题的解题方法。

还有想请问一般问题出现了inferred，这种是类似于归纳题目吗？谢谢

其实，最终文章的结论是2个，1：免疫系统能防止心病，2：免疫系统能防止物理病（广义上我们说的病,有物理症状）
然后文章给出的原因，是，低的免疫比其他普通或者正常的免疫容易有心病
作为assumption, 不是自己找个原因来加强，而是，力挺文中的原因，（其实对文中的原因做补充，修饰，或者限制）从而使其更正确的推论出。
然后B是，心病和物理病对身体系统的影响完全一样（这里的确把物理和心里病做了链接，但是两者的对身体作用相同，不能说明两者都能被免疫系统防治，从而没有办法推出结论）
然后D是，排除原因颠倒，广义上就是排除他因，更确定文中是免疫影响心病，从而加强文中的原因，得出结论1.

我个人认为，有Inferred，就是总结，归纳题目

我搜索了一下论坛，发现这道题的解释都不是很到位，我个人的理解是这样的！

因为人有mental illness的时候他的immune system activity是low的。所以当题干结论是高的immune system activity can protect against mental illness，也就是说low 的immune system activity不能protect people从而很容易有mental illness.

所以答案说mental illness 不会导致immune system activity降低是为了排除这个因素：是mental illness 先存在而导致了immune system activity降低，而不是因为immune system activity降低所以导致了mental illness.

总结：这道题为排除因果颠倒！！！！
