A, C, E, like错误, 应该用such ... as.

D, exploiting是动词的分词形式, 与前面的名词结构不平行.

这题考平行结构。

the cultivating.... the harvesting.... and the exploitation ....

其余选项均缺少平行性。另，D,E 中 it 指代不明.
