lz不是很理解D和E后半句的区别，求nn指点一下~~

排除选项可以用economy和economies，显然应该是economies~
至于with 我觉得这里用的也不是很好...进一步有待NN指点~

（1）明确 economyhas grown和unemployment rate has remained well below是并列关系

S V O, with+n(独立)，这样表达前后有逻辑关系的歧义了，话说with+n表达的意思多了去了: 伴随？原因？不知道,但反正是修饰作用

先谢谢suriMM啦，这题我今天无意中看到了baby姐姐曾经分析过，baby姐姐主要用的是make sense与否来看~
其实baby姐的思路和4楼NN说的差不多，就是并列的原因，所以这时用with的时候，就不make sense~貌似就酱，O(∩_∩)O哈！

个人意见。。。(其实我对于with结构掌握的也不好。。。。）这里的D从逻辑句意上来看，是说不通的！
我们看D后半部分的with结构，分析一下结构其实就是：with+noun+定从，所以说白了就是一个with引导的介宾结构、
放在句末既可以作状语也可以作定语，这里根据句意来判断肯定是作的状语，表示的对于主句主语的伴随，那么这样来看，这个D带入原句的话其实逻辑意思上市存在很大的缺陷和漏洞的：For the last five years the Dutch economy has grown faster than the economy of Britain, France, and Germany, with the unemployment rate that has remained well below that of the other three countries.
意思就是在这么一个unemployment rate的伴随下（后面的that定从描述修饰了这个rate的属性），荷兰的经济blah blah blah。
那么再跟正确的句子想要表达的含义（正确的含义大家都明白）一对比就发现，从常理和逻辑角度来看，明显是正确的选项的句意更符合句子的原本意思（这就是为什么说做SC要明白句子想要表达的意思，其实就是一个根据常理逻辑判断哪个含义更合理的推断）
再引申一点点，我个人认为，如果把D改为with引导的独立主格结构，那么这个D的意思就是正确的了。即For the last five years the Dutch economy has grown faster than the economy of Britain, France, and Germany, with the unemployment remained well below that of the other three countries.
这种表达方式表达出的句意是合乎逻辑常理的（虽然实际上，这个表达方式跟原句中使用and的表达还是有含义上的差别）
