答案是A，可是我总觉得in A, an evolutionary advantage 好象在修饰malaria, 所以很想听听大家的意见。

最近拼命的练题和分析，可是准确率怎么也超过不了85%，也真希望能探索一下大家的经验。

从语法角度，我也觉得A指代的可以是句子，也可能是malaria，可是其他的都明确不对，只能选A了

wait until you get to No. 700 and above, you will see the difference.
