个人认为106 中C 的it没有歧义的原因通过理解句意。a tool for private conversation 和后面的a tool for communicating with a large, public audience 对称，因此后面的it指的是前面a tool 的主语 which is radio
所以是通过理解句子内容-->发现对比-->寻找相对应主语-->锁定it指代
