简单介绍一下自己吧：相对板上的mm们来说，我可以算是大妈了。在美国5年非四大的经验，在各个小到中型事务所呆过，做的跟审计有关，但是我主要负责的东西更加类似于financial statements preparer/compilation engagements. 也就是更像是企业会计了。有AICPA license, 但是审计不是我的强项，企业会计才是。我在美国这么多年，有点厌倦了，几次想申请进四大，都因为自己当初做的或者说积累的经验都不是跟审计太多密切关联，而不得其门而入。现在真的很想进四大练练手，积累经验。我的当初Master的同学都是美国四大做过，出来都混得不错的说。我想问问，如果选择海龟，能进四大senior 1吗？谢谢。

你不得其门而入应该和你工作经验没关系。美国四大experienced hire网申基本就是进垃圾桶的，大多数招进去的人都是内部推介，这个是潜规则。而且你的背景也可以投一下advisory。回国的话，还是要内部推介，网申几乎不可能。但话说回来有AICPA的话进四大很容易的，当不了senior, 做associate都可以。我觉得你定位别放太高，你如果抱着想去四大当senior的可能申的话，希望不大， senior要三年工作经验，我周围很多人都在小所做到manager了，来四大还得从senior 1 干起。

在experienced hire那一栏，基本都是要senior associate的，很少看到要audit associate的。怎么办？我又不认识内部的人。

It all depends on how determined you are.
对于四大招聘来说, 性格要重于其它的东西的, 除非你的背景跟它们的职位要求是perfect match, 它们内部也招不到其他人了。
