B.atmosphere, with interactions affecting

这个为什么选A不选B呢？纠结啊~~~

选项A 是专门修饰interactions 而选项B的独立主格结构则对整个句子起伴随作用，逻辑不通。

就像CDE错误修饰了atmosphere一样，B的with表伴随，其逻辑主语是buoys。而buoys是transmit这些interactions的，而不是with伴随的。
