是否是C 啊？ 如果Peter是因为闯红灯而导致被超速的taxi撞了以后被逮住的话，那说明Peter对撞车事件也负有一定责任，这个跟题目里说的“since it was the taxi that caused the damage this difference was not due to any difference in the blameworthiness of their behavior”有矛盾了。所以如果题目里说的都为真的话，C就不可能是真的。作者: 玛莎丁丁 时间: 2012-4-8 14:54

D如果是真的话跟题目不矛盾。就算Alicia十分钟前超速了，但那是十分钟前，跟她后来被因为尾灯破损而被警察拦下来根本没有任何联系。而且那个拦她下来的警察也很可能根本不知道Alicia十分钟前超过速。被拦下来仅仅是因为尾灯破损，所以Alicia在被拦下来这件事上没有自身的过错。
