答案选B, 请问为什么不用副词flatly? 还有， and so 这两个词可以连用么？

at the time of the mexican agrarian revolution , the most radical faction, that of zapata and his followers, proposed a return to communal ownership of land, to what had been a pre-columbian form of ownership respected by the spaniards.(从land ,划线到句尾）

答案是原句，请问E为什么不对？

第一题：flat和flatly都是可以做副词的，但是意思不同。flat做副词的时候表示“平直地”，而flatly表示“直接了当地；平平地”；因此这里用flat似乎更好点，衣服被折叠得很平直，平整。
另：so作连词（意思为”所以，因此“）完全可以直接连接句子，and当然不要；但这里so是副词，不是连词，所以需要一个and连词连接句子

第二题：我觉得原句”to what......"，它要表达的是同位语的意思：即解释to communal ownership of land。。。是解释一整个名词词组的！而如果用E, that 只修饰前边的先行词land，逻辑意思是不完整的。

谢谢你，那么如何判断这里的so是副词？难道，这里的so 是来修饰elaborate 的么？

如果是E，that是land的宾语从句，land在从句中作主语变成：land had been a form。土地不能是形式，错误

to what had been xx form of ownership 与 to return to communal ownership作同位语，合理

A. 形容词比较+than ; older as 错误
B. than后面的成分需要前面有与之平行的部分，the city与Troy平行 - 正确
C. than后面was，前面没有be动词句子，排除
D. more+形容词+than
E. older直接加than

我理解 be attributed to sb 就有归属于sb的意思了，如果在用所属格Rembrandt's 或 by Rembrandt造成语意重复
