这题主要考时态与时间状语during的搭配。我在朗文上during的例句都是用一般过去时，没有现在完成时的，所以我选B。可答案选E，有谁知道为什么吗？

remain是but后的主动词，而不是unchanged，unchanged仅仅是个形容词，所以，B用一般现在时的remain当然是错的；E的时态不是最好的，但是是唯一可行的；另：B和C的表达其实是完全一样的。

我是这么理解：说话人是在对从现在往回看的过去一段时间作评价。因此during the next months对他来说就是过去一个持续到现在的一个时段了，因此用完成时。

先谢谢两位！还有一个问题问携隐，要表达持续到现在的意味，作者为什么不说during the last three months，而用the next three months？我觉得今年头6个月后的3个月是否持续到现在在文中并看不出来呀! 请继续指教！

在今年的前半年利率下降是过去的事情用一般过去时

利率会持续是发生在过去即今年的上半年持续到后三个月所以用现在完成时

E对

而B 用一般现在时表示事实与意思不符合

另外 during 没有定论一定要用在过去时还是完成时要根据句意来判断

2. 另：B和C的表达其实是完全一样的。disagree. In B, virtually 修飾 "remain:; in C, virtually 修飾 "unchange". Obviously C is better than B in this aspect.
