答案应该是A吧，原文说新科技能提高矿产量，即使新矿山没有被开采，平均每个工人的出产量也提升了两倍。文中提到的科技是个前提，而A变相符合了文中的结论，意思是保持原有工人的数量，总产量提升了2倍。因为total output= Q(工人）* output/person，所以output/person double的话，保持Q不变，total output变成2倍。B，C，D选项都是过度推理，E无关。
