我的疑问是C选项
笔记上的解释是：

使用which作非限定定语从句,导致逻辑错误,表明所有的chemical pollutants都 have gone virtually unregulated（但是原句也没说到底是不是所有的chemical pollutants啊~？）;
第二个they有指代不清的嫌疑,既可能指代第一个they所指代的Industrialization and modern methods of insect control又可以指代chemical pollutants；（正确选项中的划线部分外的they指代什么呢？）
另外，
Having done可以做后置定语么？

C句中，AT THE SAME TIME放置位置不对MISPLACED.句意是说“XX提高了生活水平，然而与此同时（在提高生活水平的同时）……”。把AT THE SAME TIME放到局尾，意思就成了“XX提高了生活水平，然而XX引出了100K种污染物，而且这100K种污染物是同时生成的（而不是一批一批生成）”。这样曲解了原文意思；

按照句意，划线外面的THEY指代 methods of insect control；

没见过HAVING DONE做后置定语，见过其作为插入语，用逗号叉开。
