1. 首先你不能加逗号，因为that引导了一个定语从句，你要保证这个从句完整。用一个逗号隔开后面的成分，等于把分句断开。

还可以从这段话想要表达的两个观点考虑，像OG经常在解释的第一段里说的，suggest后面的两个claims是作者想要表达的主要内容，这两点之间是并列关系，所以最clear和efficient的方式，就是用and连接，而不是分词。
