但第二题答案是E，只是我对A为什么错不是很了解~~

所以，根据逻辑来说，第二句的主语LABORER不可以作为SEEMING的逻辑主语，而是COMMUNISTS PARTY，所以SEEMING不可以修饰LABORER,故此，A错误。
