我也觉得楼上说的对。而且这类考题还可以从平行结构去考虑。我觉得没有必要分的那么细。
不过OG－38是只能用distinguish A from B 的，因为前面有differentiate A from B结构，这样才能实现平行结构对称

distinguishing X from Y --- 暗示先将Y看作一个全集，然后从中挑选X。如果要辨别X出来，例如题38（前面半句中differentiate ... from 暗示了这个目的），就用这个结构。
