个人理解： 削弱的切入点的确是这个——用的多的药不一定最有效。但是，B选项“当病人无法容忍其它常用药物时，才用它”，这恰恰说明了它比其它寻常药物有效。就好比我们平时有病用药，如果一般的药物疗效不明显，就会改用更有效的药物。所以，B起不到削弱作用。
