PREP 07里面的例句：

with transpiration from soil and from plants to return approximately 21 inches to the atmosphere, the rest of the 9 inches contributes to the flow。

解释说这句不对：介词with后面不能跟不定式to do,

但是网上又查到下面的例句：

I can’t go out with all these clothes to wash.

到底那句对呢？

with all these clothes to wash里面的wash跟these clothes的逻辑关系好像应该用被动with all these clothes to be washed 才对？

with+n.+to do是可以的
with transpiration from soil and from plants to return approximately 21 inches to the atmosphere, the rest of the 9 inches contributes to the flow。
楼主需要理解这句话的语义，从rest可以看出，这两个分句所描写的事情是同时发生的
而光看with+n.+to do，它的意思是将来要怎么样，打算怎么样（with intent to do）
I can’t go out with all these clothes to wash.
看你的例句，首先，要肯定to wash是对的，因为wash的动作发出者是我，我不能出去因为我有很多衣服要洗，在这种情况下，主句主语即独立主格隐含的逻辑主语；如果用楼主所说的to be washed，就不知道是谁洗。
独立主格结构一般要当做状语从句来看
I can’t go out because i have all these clothes to wash.
I是行动的主题，have sth to do强调了主语是动作的发出者
单纯是楼主的这道题，如果为了强调后半句所发生的事，可以改成
with transpiration from soil and from plants returning approximately 21 inches to the atmosphere, the rest of the 9 inches contributes to the flow。

但是对于例句I can’t go out with all these clothes to wash. 我还是不能理解为什么 with all these clothes to wash 的逻辑主语是主句主语I。独立主格结构的解释中有以下内容：

1）独立主格结构的逻辑主语与句子的主语不同，它独立存在。　　
2）名词或代词与后面的分词，形容词，副词，不定式，介词等是主谓关系。　　
3）独立主格结构一般有逗号与主句分开。

第一点就强调了逻辑主语应该跟主句主语不同。

但是对于例句I can’t go out with all these clothes to wash. 我还是不能理解为什么 with all these clothes to wash 的逻辑主语是主句主语I。独立主格结构的解释中有以下内容：

这句话应该这么说：with all these clothes to wash 中wash动作的发出者是主句主语I
sorry表达有误
lz，逻辑主语可以是动作的发出者，也可以是动作的接受者
clothes是独立主格结构的逻辑主语，它与非谓语动词是逻辑上的主谓关系，即可为动作发出者，也可为动作接受者
wash的动作发出者是我，是句子主语，所以在独立主格中用主动不定式表句子主语打算去做某事
with sth to do 即主动不定式做非谓语动词，表示句子主语打算去做这事
with sth to be done 即被动不定式做非谓语动词，表示不是主语打算去做这事，而是由别人做
楼主只需记住这个形式就好，比较固定的语法点
另外，建议楼主多深入研究重要的语法点，会对SC有很大帮助！
