标题: OG12正确句子里面几道题没理解，请教高手

as some analysts previously thought.这里的claims是做名词么，什么意思
18.Plants are more efficient than fungi at acquiring carbon,in form of carbon dioxide,and converting it to energy-rich sugars.
这里acquiring和converting是平行吧？虽然没划线，那么能在converting前面加at么
26.Emily Dickinson's letters to Susan Huntington Dickinson,which were written over a period beginning a few years before Susan's marriage to Emily's brother and ending shortly before Emily's death in 1886,outnumber her letters to anyone else.
which were跟在Dickinson后面指代letters?不是定语从句先行词要紧挨着指代的词么？我一直是这么记的

farmers will be allowed to grow and to encourage more aggressive sales of United states farm products overseas.
这里will be allowed to...做什么成分？前面已经有了will try to establish，这里还是谓语么，怎么读不通啊，还是我断句有问题，求指导

后面一个比较是than they were last year,前面一个比较能不能是than that of last year,这里than last是简写么

13 claim是名词要求，索赔，断言等意思，感觉这儿应该是有关事业的断言，声称一类的吧
18对于and这种连词来讲是可以加介词也可以不加的，但是如果是not only at doing，but also 的话。。后面必须有at
肚子疼。。。先回答到这儿吧亲。。

26.就近修饰没错，但是这个to Susan Huntington Dickinson,跟在letter后面，是一个mission-critical modifier，少了它则letter为meaningless，所以后面的which是修饰letter的。这就是就近修饰的特例-跳跃修饰。
不知道你明白了没有。manhattan对touch rule exeption有详细论述，详见manhattan 语法册234页

62.此题同样应用到跳跃修饰的知识，will be allowed to是一个noun modifier，修饰的是amount
其实是that will be allowed to，但在这里作为宾语从句that可以省略。

楼主不妨先仔细看一遍manhattan，然后再做题，有水到渠成的赶脚

it指代前文提到的相同事物，that指代同类事物（another copy），those是that的复数，也用于指代同类事物，manhattan 代词一章有提到，而且非常详细
楼主不妨先仔细看一遍manhattan，然后再做题，有水到渠成的赶脚

这里应该是grain that farmers will be allowed to grow, 这样才是宾语从句吧
