这一题答案选的是（D），我选的是（B），我以上来就排除了DE，不是说whose是不可以指代物体的么，treatment和projects明显是物体啊，用whose从句修饰可以么？B 我觉得介词贴近修饰是很不错的选项啊，反正对自己选的答案各种自恋，但是终究是错的，为神马，为神马，求大牛知道我！

    B 改變了句子意思.

    我觉得B选项的错我是at a bills raising这个raising 应该修饰的是前面的projects因为at a bill这里的at会引起一个跳跃修饰所以就导致了意思不对
