逻辑，指代的根本性原则还是看逻辑。这个句子是中世纪英语了，所以缺少现代英语讲究的简洁、直观。一般来讲确实labour所处的位置并不容易让人发现it是指代它，但是从逻辑上讲只能指代它了。不过或许结合上下文来看，就很容易发现it指代的是labour（比如如果这一大段或者这一章都是在说劳动或劳动分工），毕竟这是个单独拎出来的句子，会加大理解的难度，最好能结合上下文语境来卡看。GMAT里出的单句印象里还没有见过这样组织的。
