The extent to whether it is necessary for company to carry out constant innovation and change within an organization involves a conflict recent. Someone may believe that constant innovation and change within an organization will do good to the long strategy of the company since successful innovation can increase the productivity and bring new ideas to managers and clients, while it will lead to inflict heavy losses if the change is not proper. In my view, I do not think it is necessary for a company which is in normal order to take risk of innovation.
The chief reason why I oppose the conduct of constant innovation on and change within an organization is that the main purpose of a company is to make maximum profits and make contribution to society through charity. Yet the constant innovation is not closely related to the aim. In other words, if a company is running in good order and doing meaningful things, it is not essential to break the normal condition by an uncertain risk.
The second reason why I do not agree with the phenomenon of constant innovation and change is that they will break the already cognition between co-workers and thus do harm to the organization of the company. Moreover both common sense and experience with innovation inform us that workers tend to boycott the new regulation since they have been accustomed to the old one. Nevertheless nobody can be convinced that the innovation will attain satisfaction among all clients. The bad result will far outweigh the good result.
In conclusion, the corporation which is planning to innovate should take action after weighing the both sides of the strategy in order to create a brighter future, is it really necessary to do so? If your corporation is in excellent order, I do not support the risk tial. 作者: gina2012 时间: 2012-3-22 22:28
my opinion, I am not an expert.
Are you arguing constant innovation or just innovation?
You may nned put focus on an organisation should not focus on constant innovation, which requires a lot money, manpower, time.
After reading your stuff, I would get confused and think you are saying innovation is no good.
