答案是D。如果看since这个时态标记，用现在完成时是没有问题的。但是记得begin是个瞬间动词，可以用现在完成时吗？

我个人认为，BEGIN是可以用完成时的，只要不和FOR A PERIOD 这样的表示一段时间的短语连接即可。
