LZ我百度了n多的关于此题的解释，可是貌似大家的纠结点都和我不同，求大牛解救啊！

B选项，OG 的解释是having been 的意思是成为公民在birth之前，可是在birth之前不应该是had been么，having been不是现在完成时么，怎么也发生在birth之前了呢

前一句话中的she没有指代对象你没有发现么？而且前一句话的说话方式的逻辑不是有点问题么。给人的感觉不是说她在出生之前就是美国公民了（不把时间包括在内），做句子sc我感觉还是要有点逻辑观念的吧...
