不太明白这里“……，intended……”是充当什么成分？如果句子是Asset allocators creat portfolios, intending to ……我能明白intending在这里表示伴随目的。但是这句话里的 intended to 就不能理解为是修饰主句的状语了吧？我觉得 “主＋谓＋宾 ，过去分词短语”这种结构里，过去分词是不是可以理解为修饰宾语的定语？就好像非限定性定语从句的作用一样？请NN来解释一下这种语法现象。

intended 作定语修饰前面的funds
过分前面有逗号 可修饰前面的主语作状语 也可修饰前面的名词作定语
intended 作为状语修饰Asset allocators 逻辑上不可行 因为要如果要用 要用intending
修饰前面的名词 逻辑可行
所以修饰前面的名词作定语
