楼主好赞哇，当初看直接选选项，后面都没瞅。。搜到一个解释，觉得很不错，供楼主参考，which应该指的是influences

not least of which
（转）not the least of is a phrase used when you are giving an important reason for something, or an important example of something.

Here are some examples for this phrase:

There were several reasons for dismissing him from his post．not the least of which was his neglect of duty.

There are many drawbacks to the use of conventional shrink films, not the least of which is corrosion.
when giving many examples or reasons it means not the least important but not necessarily the most important

那这里which后面的is单数形式是由her African heritage决定的吗？

恩，可以这么认为，但是觉得意思是在某某中最xx的不是一般都用单数咩？
