标题: 微软BI人员该如何进行职业规划
先大概介绍一下本人的情况,从事微软BI平台项目开发、实施5年左右，以前主要是国内的项目，现在主要是欧美的项目，感觉很迷茫
1.做BI项目实施，一直感觉没有多少起色，虽然现在的title是顾问，薪水还可以，但是从09年到现在薪水就没有长过，现在迷茫的是找个好点的甲方公司还是继续在乙方公司奋斗

2.微软的平台应用还是偏少，是否要向oracle、ibm平台转移，但是可能要从一个比较低的起点开始

3.同事推荐了一个pre sales的职位，经过几关的面试，大老板最后觉得还不错。但是pre sales是sales+technical，可能更偏重交流的技巧、沟通能力，技术方面就会比较虚，对我来说是个很大的挑战，因为我擅长的是technical和project，而不是一些虚的东西

请各位大哥大姐给出意见，thanks in advance。

ps，我请教一下我的同事，他给了我几条建议，说实话，现在脑子比较乱。

XXX may be a good opportunity, but you need to find out from them:

1.what exactly they want you to do as pre-sales engineer (such as gathering user requirement, architectural design, a rapid prototype and high-level solution)

2.the solution from the pre-sales is more based on marketing strategy or customer needs

3.how soon usually it is required to provide a preliminary solution?

4.what is the current project will be like?

5.Is this position a new opening or a replacement?
