句中的is是倒装吗？应该是这样是不是：

那么这里为什么要倒装呢，看得稀里糊涂的

这个句子本来是The strength of a household's kinship ties is a more reliable indicator of that household's receptivity to new agricultural technologies than its quantity of nonland wealth.记得XDF语法老师说，助动词的补出只要求时态、语态正确，对位子没有要求。
