答案是E.

在OG的解释上说 E clearly identifies the "Declining values" as the collateral against which farmers borrow...

以前的讨论中大家一致认为collateral 是farm equipment and land的同位语, 那OG的解释是错了吗? 到底collateral指的是什么. 谢谢讨论.

個人意見，請指教，

我沒有看過以前的討論，但講到collateral，很明顯，是講農民借錢的抵押品

不論是OG的解释上说：E clearly identifies the "Declining values" as the collateral against which farmers borrow...或是你所謂以前討論的"同位語"，我覺得基本上是不衝突的，

農地及農舍價格下降，間接造成借款人手中的抵押品也下跌(OG的說法)，而這個抵押品就是農地及農舍(同位語)，顯然兩說法都通，所以沒有誰錯，大夥都對

我到不太同意楼上的说法，collateral 在这里应该只能是 equipment and land，替换为 declining values 很牵强。下降的价格可以作为抵押品吗？

而OG的解释很显然就是把后者作为了 collateral，从任何意义上都说不通的吧？所以我对OG的这一解释保持怀疑态度。

而且由此说来，A，C，E 的 a collateral... 同位 declining values 就感觉说不通了。
