B that are localized---变成修饰前面of 短语的中心词hypothesis 了，而原本是和different mental functions 在一块成一个部分的

這個選項怎麼看都不對，首先是Gali's hypothesis of....ETS不可能有這種所有格型式

再來則是題目未畫線給了hopythesis,就英語的語感就是會有什麼hopythesis的期待，那麼最漂亮的答案就是解釋這個hypothesis，因此，C最漂亮，that 引導一個noun clause去修飾hypothesis，相形之下，B變成是different mental functions其中之一的hypothesis，解釋不過去，所以不選
