compare with 可不可以接在比较级后面

the private hospital is better compared with the public hospital

可以这么说吗

或 compared with sth, sth is better.

我觉得这个不可以，比较级应该用than得好。

compared with sth, sth is better.

这个是可以的，因为有compare A with B的表达方法,把它变成被动就是Compared with B, A 。。。。
