mm已经说了，这是主谓搭配的问题，reduction作为主语，是不能搭配谓语acknowledge, attempt这样的动作的，Federal Reserve Board倒是可以。

Moreover, these verbs are used incorrectly because the sentence mentions no subject that is performing these actions. 这句话怎么理解.

这题要求的是名词结构平行对称，所以不能用动词的分词形式。而且，GMAT要求逻辑关系清晰，所以一般要求分词前补出逻辑主语，这就是moreover的意思。

我想这两题可能是一类题,主谓之间的逻辑搭配问题,可是不知道有什么原则.

原则就是合理，考虑主谓搭配的时候多用一下common sense，然后多多练习，熟悉GMAT的思路。

谢谢,明白了,一是注意逻辑搭配,要符合常理;二是碰到分词结构,要注意有逻辑主语,我想此规则也是可以使用与其他的修饰成分,比如不定式什么的.对吧.

I understand og 66. that "reduction can not perform the action "acknowledge". Do you have any rule what kind of noun can not perform an action?

I am afraid that in test, I might not tell the difference.

lingling2005的問題也正好是我的問題

因為有的時候可以看到擬人化的用法(記得OG有一題是**見證了saw***) 但有的時候又說不能用

真是有點搞不清楚了
