A 中从句中过去时态和后面的现在完成时态不一致，语法上好像是没有问题，但是意思上是不是和B不一样了？
A是说尽管在20年里（以前什么时候的20年，不一定）和后边的完成时态是两个时间段。
B是说尽管在20年里（刚刚过完的20年，是肯定的）后边发生的就是在这个时间段里。
另外in不是也有在一段时间内的意思吗？
