标题: 为啥with the aim of doing可以，with the aim to do就不行？
看Manhattan SC, P137, 关于aim的用法
Right: We adopted new procedures WITH THE AIM OF REDUCING theft.
Wrong: We adopted new policies WITH THE AIM TO REDUCE theft.
求教高人，为啥可以aim of doing, aim to do 就不行呢？或者有什么语法在里面吗？感激涕零

with the aim of 固定搭配

另外 aim还有aim to和aim at的用法，他们之间也是有区别的
