答案选了B，不明白非法复制程序的人不买跟公司损失小什么关系？求前辈指导~

Sufficient assumption. If you plug in B) into the argument, the argument is enabled because if these previous illegal user would not PAY for the illegal copy any way, they will NOT buy the legal copy if the illegal ones are banned.

过了很久还是要问。。。
按照这个解释那不是得有一个潜在的assumption：the number of people who illegally copy the programs is small?
