中介词in an old man 和in him 中的in是什么意思？

the best way to overcome it so at least it seems to me ---------is to make your interests gradually wider and more impersonal, until bit by bit the walls of the ego recede,............

so at least it seems to me 中前的so 是什么意思？

我觉得这两句话中的in 和 so用的很奇怪？

but "so" 是一种倒装，本应该在seems后,代词”这样“，

in 我还是不知道why!
