我还是觉得A would hinder。根据楼上给出的Ron的理解法，我觉得A是说根据（#1）的推荐来奖励（#2），那么（#1）会推荐的肯定是经常给出favorable评估的（#2）咯？相反，在B中，（#2）已经给出了财务健康分析，这种情况下让（#1）去极尽所能raise capital，反倒是bridges between (#1) and (#2)。各位大大怎么看？
