Flip it!：A young man and an older woman AREthere at the bus stop.

manhattan的那个例子是说明一件事，就是there be句式实际上是一个把there提前的倒装句，他的谓语也就是be一定要跟主语一致，主语就是后面的a young man and an woman，那当然是要用are咯~ 而LZ所说的那种there be就近的情况只出现与“there be A or B ”的情况。作者: kirbm 时间: 2012-2-5 20:03
那就是说 There is a pen and two books 是错的。 应该是 There are a pen and two books
