题目不难，但是og给的解释比较费解， three descriptors of social wasps (cooperative,
organized, and consisting almost entirely of females ) are most eff ectively expressed in parallel structures.问题是这三者不平行吧，是前两者平行，第三部分做分词定语吧。

都是做定语的啊，我觉得是前置定语和后置定语而已。虽然3个修饰语没有平行标志，但是B项里他们的确平行，地位相等，open to discuss

我觉得是这样的consisting前没有逗号，只能做定语，必须就近修饰organized society,也就是后者的定语，整个从句的结构就成了
wasps that living in a highly cooperativeand organized society (consisting almost entirely of females—the queen and her sterile)
female workers.

或者是说OG的意思是说
highly cooperative
organized
consisting
都是形容society所以都是定语。

如果是这样的话，那么句子的谓语在哪里呀？consisting是定语，那不就没有谓语了吗

谓语应该是number吧~说yellow jeckets是900种的一种的意思吧~~

后半句按正确答案来说应该是独立主格吧修饰主句一开始看的时候其实挺费解的后来才发现谓语是number。。

还有A 的错误我觉得og上的解释不到位啊。。。不是很认同
应该是后半句where从句缺少谓语 they are consist of。。。吧少了are

consist 是vi
固定搭配 A + consist of + A的组成元素
