E最‘传统’的表达方式为it would have conceded to rivals in the past，但是这样的结构回有in the past修饰rivals的歧义所以要把in the past置前，所以have为原型没有错，另外that这里省略是可以的，貌似所有从句中只有表语从句中的引导词不能省略（这点我也不是很确定）作者: ainiAnnie 时间: 2012-2-29 11:26
E选项是虚拟语气，If he had taken my advice,he would not have made such a mistake. 如果他听我的劝告的话，就不会犯这样的错误了。 （事实：没有听我的话） 这句话是定语从句，可是 mass market sales 在定语从句中作为 宾语，故引导词可以省略。
