168. Since the movie was released seventeen UFOs have been sighted in the state, which is more than had been sighted in the past ten years together.

(A) which is more than had been sighted

(B) more than had been sighted

(D) more than had reported sightings

(E) which is more than had reported sightings

Key is B. 疑问：more than had been sighted 和逗号前面的句子并列，为何没有连接词呢？more than 这个比较省略了UFOs，可是如果补全句子应该是什么样子，实在想不出来。

比较的是句子，没有加连词的必要。

不是很明白,为什么可以知道省略了UFO,而不是17个的UFO,这是比较的省略结构吗?好象以前没见过.
