Job Description
Partial Job Description 1) Understand and manage team members and assign them activities where they can be successful 2) Work with team members, both in the office and in the field to improve their skills, knowledge and value 3) Provide regular constructive feedback on positive and negative performance 4) Mentor and train staff 5) Manage team?s overall financial performance and ensure execution of their projects 6) Ensure that staff is scheduled effectively to ensure maximum utilization 7) Maintain and oversee the development and execution of the weekly work plans 8) Ensure projects are adequately staffed 9) Execute projects within budget 10) Time and expense management including on time submission of all team members 11) Project revenue as well as labor requirements 12) Oversee and support of existing project workload 13) Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and consistently promote additional services, future business and positive references 14) Lead where possible design phase projects to allow for an understanding of the project and development of relationships with the key project members 15) Support and lead the development of change orders on existing projects 16) Review and support the development of proposals on new clients and / or projects 17) Participate in client and/or educational presentations as required 18) Work on any special projects as required
